Lionel Messi has expressed his dissatisfaction with his time at Paris Saint-Germain once again.
The Argentine legend joined PSG in 2021 after an unexpected departure from Barcelona, hoping for a smooth transition. However, his two-year spell in Paris was anything but enjoyable. Despite playing alongside Neymar and winning domestic trophies, he struggled to adapt to life at the club.
“Coming to Inter Miami was a great opportunity, especially after how things went during my last years in Paris. I had to make a quick decision because I was forced to leave Barcelona… I went through two years that I didn’t enjoy,” Messi told Apple Music.
He highlighted his struggles with adaptation and a lack of joy in his daily routine. “I wasn’t happy every day, whether it was training or playing. I found it difficult to get used to everything.”
