Forward Luis Suarez, initially under contract with Grêmio until December 2024, is set to depart the Brazilian club at the end of 2023.
According to reports from El Pais, the Uruguayan striker is poised to make a move to Inter Miami. Starting in January, he is expected to sign a one-year contract with an option for an additional year with the Major League Soccer franchise.
This decision will reunite him with former teammates, including Lionel Messi, Sergio Busquets, and Jordi Alba. In anticipation of Suarez’s arrival, Inter Miami has also released forward Josef Martinez.
