Real Madrid has launched a social media campaign in collaboration with Adidas, showcasing several of its players—but notably without Kylian Mbappé.
Jude Bellingham initially shared an early version of the advertisement on his Instagram account, only to delete it shortly after. This version featured Kylian Mbappé alongside other Real Madrid players.
Has Mbappé been removed from an ad due to the ongoing situation in Sweden? Not at all. According to RMC Sport, the removal is simply due to his status as a Nike ambassador, while the event is sponsored by Adidas.
Interestingly, despite being under contract with Nike, other players like Sergio Llull and Eduardo Camavinga were not excluded from the campaign, although they did not wear the Adidas brand. In contrast, Mbappé was indeed seen wearing Adidas gear—an oversight that raised eyebrows.
