Lionel Messi is enjoying a relaxing three-month vacation. While FC Barcelona attempted to offer a loan deal to the Argentine forward during the North American league’s winter break, Messi has no intention of playing during this period.
« I’m going to make the most of my vacation in Argentina, » stated the World Cup champion, as reported by L’Equipe.
« This is the first time I’ll have so many days off in December, with vacations and peace of mind. In January, I will return to Miami to begin pre-season training, start from scratch, and prepare as best as I can, as always. »
